EPDM (English: Ethylene - Propylene - Diene Monomer, EPDM)
Epdm is a ternary copolymer of ethylene, propylene and non-conjugated diolefins. Advantage is excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, aging resistance, excellent heat resistance, resistance to water and water vapor, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent color stability, under the condition of low temperature can still maintain good elasticity. The disadvantage is that epdm is a typical non-polar rubber, which is less stable in contact with lipid and aromatic solvents (such as gasoline, benzene, etc.) and mineral oil, and does not do oil resistance. Epdm rubber is widely used in automobile seals, rubber parts, rubber pipes, construction waterproof material, wire and cable sheath, etc. Currently, cars and other vehicles parts of epdm rubber sealing strip is mainly used as the material, such as car door/door sealing strip, glass guide (flocking or spray), before and after the wind window seals, hood seals, automotive sealing strip, sealing strip triangular window sealing strip, the roof, etc.
Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR)
Nitrile rubber is a synthetic rubber which is polymerized by acrylonitrile and butadiene monomer. Advantage is excellent (especially paraffin oil) oil resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance, resistance to oil, gasoline and other solvent dissolving, corrosion performance is outstanding, but also has good water resistance, air tightness and excellent bonding performance. The disadvantage is low temperature, ozone resistance, poor insulation performance, low elasticity, not suitable for insulation materials. Nitrile rubber is widely used in the manufacture of various oil-resistant rubber products, gaskets, gaskets, casing, flexible packaging, soft rubber pipes, printing and dyeing cots, cable glue materials, etc. It is mainly used in the production of oil-resistant extrusion seals, oil-resistant rubber hose, oil-resistant moulding rubber and so on.
Silicone Rubber (English :Silicone Rubber, VMQ, PMQ, PVMQ)
Silicon rubber is the main chain consisting of silicon and oxygen atoms, and the silicon atoms usually have two organic groups of rubber. The advantages are excellent high and low temperature resistance. Under extremely high and low temperature conditions, silicone rubber can maintain a certain flexibility, elasticity and surface hardness, and the mechanical properties have no obvious change. At the same time, silicone rubber has excellent weatherability, insulation performance, corona resistance, arc resistance and colorability. Ordinary silicone rubber has medium oil resistance and solvent resistance. Silicone rubber is widely used in buildings, electronics, moulds, automobiles, ships and aviation. Chloroprene rubber (Neoprene, CR)
Neoprene is a synthetic rubber synthesized from chlorbutadiene as the main raw material. Advantage is that it has good physical and mechanical properties, such as high tensile strength, elongation at break, and has excellent oil resistant, heat resistant, fire resistant, resistant to sunlight, ozone resistance, acid and alkali resistance, chemical resistance. The disadvantage is that the cold tolerance and storage stability are poor. Neoprene is used in waterproofing materials, sealing materials, adhesives, Marine development, health care, energy development and other fields. Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE)
Thermoplastic elastomer is a kind of elastomer with plastic forming in high temperature under normal temperature. It has high elasticity, high strength and elasticity, and has the characteristics of injection molding. Environmental non-toxic safety, hardness is wide and has excellent color, texture soft, weather resistance, fatigue resistance and temperature tolerance, the processing performance is superior, no cure, can be recycled to reduce costs, either the secondary injection molding, and PP, PE, PC, PS, ABS, such as matrix materials coated adhesive, also can separate molding. According to the special requirements of customers, TPE elastomers are mainly used to produce extruded seals, automobile seals, doors and Windows seals and so on.
Thermoplastic Vulcanizate (TPV)
TPV is manufactured by dynamic crosslinking reaction with elastomer (thin rubber EPDM, polystyrene rubber SBR, NR, base rubber BR, etc.) and polyene (PP, PE, etc.). TPV main base material is EPDM rubber (loose) and less part of PP, and mixing in the manufacturing process in a dynamic crosslinking reaction, elastomer close completely crosslinking, this dynamic elastomer crosslinking reaction to produce three-dimensional crosslinked structure, and keep the original hot workability. TPV has excellent weather resistance, low temperature resistance, aging resistance and chemical resistance. It is a new kind of high polymer material for environmental protection, energy saving and recycling. PVC (Poly real Vinyl Chloride, PVC)

Nylon 6/66 (Polyamide, pa6/66)
Nylon is a thermoplastic resin containing repeated amide groups on the main chain of molecules. Advantages with high mechanical strength, good toughness, have higher tensile, compressive strength, smooth surface, small friction coefficient, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, alkali resistance and most of the salt solution, also resistant to weak acid, oil, gasoline, aromatic compounds and general solvent resistance, good electrical insulation, light weight, easy dyeing, easy molding parts.
